Corporate Partnerships Manager
Merrifield Consultants is delighted to be working with a leading North London hospice to recruit a Corporate Partnerships Manager on an 18-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, relationship-focused fundraiser to grow the charity’s corporate income and support the delivery of high-profile events such as which together raise millions to help children and families in need.
Reporting to the Head of Philanthropy & Partnerships, you’ll manage existing corporate partners while developing a strong new business pipeline to achieve ambitious income targets. You’ll be an organised, emotionally intelligent communicator who excels at building lasting relationships and delivering strategic partnerships. With experience managing and securing five- and six-figure corporate gifts, you’ll bring drive, creativity, and collaboration to help the hospice maximise its impact.

Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days in the office per week

Responsibilities:
- Devise and implement bespoke plans for each Corporate Partner in their portfolio, thinking strategically, creatively and entrepreneurially to ensure maximum impact for the Charity and the partner.
- Prepare and deliver impactful and engaging presentations to Corporate Partners and new businesses (both at one-to-one and group level), outlining the charity’s work, progress and plans, and tailoring to each audience.
- Write and create engaging, emotive proposals and pitches to share with our prospects, contacts and senior volunteers.
- Research, identify and secure potential new corporate partners, building a healthy pipeline of donor prospects.
- Line management of a Philanthropy & Partnerships Fundraiser as the needs/future expansion of the team dictate.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Demonstrable experience of successfully managing high-performing Corporate Partnerships.
- Proven experience of developing and delivering effective stewardship journeys for multiple audiences.
- Proven experience of securing new business partners who have delivered five and six figure donations.
- Experience of databases and audience segmentation and use of data analytics.
- Experience of setting, managing and delivering against budgets, reporting on KPIs, variances and reforecasting.
