Events and Webinar Coordinator

We are hiring an Events and Webinar Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of a global programme of events and webinars. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, international team.
In this varied coordinator role, you will support the setup, administration and delivery of in‑person events and webinars across multiple regions. You’ll manage registrations, communications, data updates and provide technical support during live sessions. This is an excellent fit for someone who thrives in a structured, detail‑driven environment.
The role: Events and Webinar Coordinator
Contract: 8 months FTC
Hours: Part-Time | 20 hours per week
Working work: Monday – Thursday
Working style: Hybrid
Reporting to: Head of Global Operations
Supporting 4/5 managers
Key Responsilities
  • Setting up events, webinars and online networking sessions on the organisation’s website.
  • Creating and maintaining accurate event webpages.
  • Processing registrations and managing attendee records.
  • Providing operational and technical support during virtual events.
  • Coordinating host and speaker communications, including confirmations, reminders and post‑event follow‑up.
  • Managing the shared events inbox and responding to enquiries.
  • Scheduling speaker briefing calls and coordinating meeting logistics.
  • Supporting distribution of event materials, including slides and printed content.
  • Updating attendance, engagement and CRM data following events.
  • Providing administrative support for a major annual European forum, including tracking expenses and updating spreadsheets.
Person specification
  • Essential – Dynamics 365 experience or alternative CRM experience is desirable.
  • Prior experience in events and administration.
  • Experienced using SurveyMonkey.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Comfortable managing and work as part of a team.
