Events and Webinar Coordinator
Hours: Part-Time | 20 hours per week
Working work: Monday – Thursday
Working style: Hybrid
Reporting to: Head of Global Operations
Supporting 4/5 managers
- Setting up events, webinars and online networking sessions on the organisation’s website.
- Creating and maintaining accurate event webpages.
- Processing registrations and managing attendee records.
- Providing operational and technical support during virtual events.
- Coordinating host and speaker communications, including confirmations, reminders and post‑event follow‑up.
- Managing the shared events inbox and responding to enquiries.
- Scheduling speaker briefing calls and coordinating meeting logistics.
- Supporting distribution of event materials, including slides and printed content.
- Updating attendance, engagement and CRM data following events.
- Providing administrative support for a major annual European forum, including tracking expenses and updating spreadsheets.
- Essential – Dynamics 365 experience or alternative CRM experience is desirable.
- Prior experience in events and administration.
- Experienced using SurveyMonkey.
- Confident using Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Comfortable managing and work as part of a team.
