Individual Giving Administrator
- Enter donations into Salesforce with exceptional accuracy, including card payments and direct debits.
- Update donor records and ensure data integrity across all systems.
- Process Gift Aid declarations and follow internal finance procedures.
- Use reporting tools to check and confirm data accuracy.
- Ensure all data is processed in line with GDPR and organisational policies.
- Deliver prompt, high‑quality thank‑you communications, including bespoke messages where needed.
- Handle inbound calls from supporters with warmth, clarity and professionalism.
- Respond to enquiries efficiently, ensuring every supporter feels valued.
- Support colleagues across the fundraising and finance teams where needed.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
- Bring ideas that help improve processes and supporter experience.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident, positive approach to supporter care.
- A collaborative team player who builds strong working relationships.

- Experience in data entry or administrative work.
- Experience in fundraising, direct marketing or supporter care.
- Experience using a CRM (ideally Salesforce).
- Experience with data management or mail merge.
- An interest in music or the arts.
