St Pier’s is set in attractive grounds on a 125-year-old rural estate in Surrey but as it was built in the 1990s, the College needs updating and improving, to bring the facilities up to a standard to match their recent Outstanding Ofsted rating. The refurbishment, planned to be complete by September 2026, will be key to improving experiences and outcomes for young people and to create more capacity for the growing cohort of over 100 students. The role will carry the responsibility of representing St Piers to local partners, supporters and funders to promote the impact of the work we do and to articulate the ambition we have for the future of the college and its student, putting St Piers firmly on the local map.
